Product Description

1. Before starting the machine, open the door ofhe pelletizer cover to check whether there are impuritiesin the machine to avoid knife damage. When opening the cover, grasp the handle by hand. and thenopen the top cover to avoid sudden bounce, otherwise it will hurt people.
2. When the motor is working, it should rotate clockwise and not reverse.
3. The rotary fixed knife of the pelletizer have been adjusted before leaving the factory and the user doesnot need to adjust.
4.  Keep the electrical cabinet clean to ensure the function and life of inverter and electrical components.
5.  When starting the machine, slowly adjust the speed of the pelletizer from low to high, and check whetherthe machine operates normally.
6.  Regulartly check whether the triangular belt, coupling, moving seat, fixed knife seat, fixed knife, rubberroller, gear, moving knife and screw of the pelletizer are damaged or loose. If found, please change orfix them in time. If any workpiece is seriously worn, it must be replaced in time to ensure the normaloperation of the pelletizing.
7. The rotary knife and bearing of plastic pelletizer shall be inspected and cleaned regularly. The rotary knifeand bearing shall be lubricated and the internal residue shall be cleaned.
8.  The plastic manufacturer must strictly prohibit the non-designated staff from operating the equipment.and must be stopped by the person. Plastic granule manufacturers must strictly prohibit non designatedstaff to operate the equipment, and ensure machine stop when people leave the machine.
9. Regularty check whether the electrical part is working normally, safe and reliable, and whether the wireand interface are loose or damaged. If there is any damage, please replace it in time to ensure safe operaton.
10.  Pneumatic pressing device/compression spring/tension spring, the strands should not be falling. Theower the pressure, the better. If the pressure is too high, the rubber roller and flower roller will wear moreeriously and the bearing life will be shortened.
11.  When the pelletizer is stopped, the internal residual materials shall be cleaned in time, and the accumulated water on the internal surface shall be dried to prevent rust and shorten the service Wfe of accessories. Theinternal part of the pelletizer must be kept clean.
