Type
Weight increasing type
The weight increasing feeder provides a low-cost and simple feeding solution for continuous and intermittent feeding applications, while ensuring uniform material stacking density and the quality of the final product is not critical for feeding accuracy. There are two types of weight increasing feeders: single screw and double screw.
The twin screw weight increasing feeder is widely used for various materials, including powder, fiber, and sheet materials with poor flowability.
All parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel, and the feeder is easy to clean and replace components.
Equipped with horizontal stirring to improve the flow of materials towards the screw pushing part, making feeding more accurate.
Vertical mixing will be used for materials with poor fluidity and easy bridging.
The improved design facilitates the installation and disassembly of the screw, and prevents material accumulation at the root of the screw.
Weightless type
The weightless feeder adopts a fully enclosed circular weighing platform, providing users with dual feedback and dual closed-loop control feeding technology, eliminating problems such as PLC signal acquisition lag, slow operation speed, and poor anti-interference performance.
