After the leather is put into the barrel of the machine, it is quickly cut into pieces by the shearing action between the high-speed rotating moving knife and the fixed knife. The chopped material rotates along the inner wall of the cylinder under the action of centrifugal force. At the same time, it is turned up and down by the action of the blade pulp, and moves from the circumference of the cylinder to the center. During the high-speed rotation, the friction between the materials and the cylinder and the blade generates a lot of frictional heat, which makes the materials rapidly heat up to a semi-plasticized state and stick to each other into small pieces. When the material is about to agglomerate, spray the pre-prepared quantitative cold water into the cylinder. When the cold water encounters the hot material, it vaporizes rapidly and takes away the heat on the surface of the material. The material that has not yet agglomerated is broken into irregular particles by the shearing action of the moving knife and the fixed knife, and the material is discharged through the discharge port to complete the agglomeration.

The whole machine is divided into base parts, bearing seat parts, discharge cylinder parts, (upper and lower) cylinder parts, electrical control cabinets and other parts.
